You can delete your Listen Step account at any time. Deletion is immediate — there is no review or waiting period.
Delete in the app (recommended)
Open Listen Step → tap the logo (top-left) to open the side menu → Delete account.
This deletes your Google sign-in (Firebase account) immediately. Protocols and favorites you created stay on your device and are removed by the system when you uninstall.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Google sign-in with the subject "Delete my Listen Step account" — use the developer contact email shown on our Google Play listing. We will complete the deletion within 15 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
Your Google sign-in account (display name, email, user ID) in Firebase Authentication.
What is kept, and why
Protocols and favorites you created: kept only on your own device (never uploaded), removed by uninstalling the app.
Subscription/purchase records: processed by Google Play and RevenueCat for billing, refund and legal bookkeeping purposes; unsubscribed entitlement is revoked automatically when the paid period ends. Cancel your subscription first in Google Play → Subscriptions if you no longer want to be billed.
