The Pro Max website subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Before any future payment, checkout will show the final price, currency, applicable tax and renewal terms.
Once website billing is enabled, you can manage or cancel a Paddle subscription through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app, signing out or deleting your Listen Step account does not cancel a Paddle subscription.
Paddle is the merchant of record for website purchases: it processes payment, receipts, applicable taxes and subscription management. Android purchases remain separate and are managed through Google Play.
How the PDF allowance works
One credit covers one PDF extraction task, regardless of how many protocols or modules it produces. A credit is consumed only when a structurally valid final result is available; failed, empty or invalid extractions release the reservation.
AI-generated protocols require your scientific and safety review. The 20-extraction allowance resets with the verified subscription month, and unused allowances do not carry into the next month.
Refunds and support
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Website refund requests follow the Listen Step Refund Policy and Paddle’s refund policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
